Rates:
Flat rate of $125 per night includes all taxes (large parties are extra on a case by case basis)
We do NOT increase our rates on weekends and holidays.

IMPORTANT: Please Contact Us for Availability and Bookings, we will respond to emails, texts, and voicemails within 24 hours.
· We take Cash, Check, Venmo, CashApp and PayPal. ALL taxes and fees are included in the per night rate. Cut Firewood is extra. An extra cleaning fee may be charged for large groups. (Make Checks Payable to Christine Bormann)
· Our small pool does NOT have a lifeguard on duty, all rules compliant with NYS laws will be posted in the pool area.
· The Bathhouse is cleaned and stocked with towels daily. To ensure your ultimate privacy, there is no maid service in the cabin during your stay.
· Check In and Check Out times have some flexibility depending on the arrival of other guests without a charge. Please call first to see if a change is available.
Please note: A deposit of $125 is required. Deposits are non-refundable 14 days prior to your stay. If you have to cancel, let us know ASAP. *There will be a larger deposit amount required for longer stays and larger events/groups.
This Retreat comes complete with amenities such as A/C in upstairs loft, 2 gas grills, picnic table, 2 mini-fridges and more:
Rustic Camp sleeps 6 (queen upstairs and down, 2 twin beds)
Acres of land to pitch tents.
Lovely bath house complete with two full baths cleaned and stocked daily!
